VoltFound Partner Terms
These terms are between you ("Partner") and AppVolt LLC, a Florida company ("AppVolt", "we"). By joining the VoltFound Partner Program, you agree to them.
1. Relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense. You may not make promises or sign contracts on our behalf.
2. Commission
You earn 30% of the net amount we collect from each customer who buys with your promo code, on that customer's payments during the 12 months after their first paid charge. "Net" means the amount we actually receive, after refunds, chargebacks and taxes.
3. Payment timing and clawback
A commission becomes payable once the related customer payment is 30 days old. We pay at the end of each month by PayPal or bank transfer, in US dollars. If a payment is refunded or charged back after we paid you, we deduct that commission from your future payouts.
4. Required disclosure
Whenever you recommend VoltFound, in emails, proposals, posts, videos, calls or meetings, you must clearly say, next to the recommendation:
"I earn a commission if you buy VoltFound."
Do not hide it in links, hashtags or fine print.
5. What you must not do
- Send spam, or any email that breaks CAN-SPAM or other anti-spam laws.
- Make cold calls, or send SMS or text messages, to promote VoltFound.
- Use bought, rented or scraped contact lists.
- Promise rankings, AI recommendations, traffic or sales, or make any claim about VoltFound we have not approved.
- Bid on "VoltFound" or similar terms in search ads.
- Use your own code for your own purchases.
- Write fake reviews or testimonials, or ask anyone else to.
6. Monitoring
We may review your promotional materials and activity, and ask you to change or remove anything that breaks these terms. You agree to cooperate.
7. Tax forms
Before your first payout, partners in the US must provide Form W-9. Partners outside the US must provide Form W-8BEN (individuals) or Form W-8BEN-E (companies). We may hold payouts until we receive a valid form. You are responsible for your own taxes.
8. Ending the program
Either of us may end this agreement at any time by email. We may end it immediately if you break these terms. When it ends, commissions that are not yet payable under Section 3 are forfeited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep participating after an update, you accept the new version.
10. Liability
Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions payable to you.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
