Terms of Service
1. Who we are and acceptance
VoltFound is a product of AppVolt LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company", "we"). Florida document number L26000462176. Postal address available on request at hello@voltfound.com; it will be published here once our registered mailbox is in service. By using VoltFound tools or purchasing any service you ("Customer", "you") accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1a. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms, our Refund Policy or any product screen excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such law applies, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you may be entitled to a refund, re-supply or other remedy.
If you are in New Zealand and acquire the services in trade, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, that sections 9, 12A, 13 and 14(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply, and that it is fair and reasonable for both parties to be bound by this clause.
2. The service — and what it is not
VoltFound provides automated website audits (search and AI-answer visibility), generated fix suggestions, one-time fix services, and an optional Pro subscription. We do not control Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or any other third-party engine. We make no guarantee of rankings, traffic, indexing, AI citations, revenue or any specific outcome. Audit results are automated assessments produced at a point in time and may contain errors; they are informational, not professional advice.
3. Free tier, Pro and license keys
The free tier is rate-limited per IP per day and may change. Pro is a monthly subscription activated by a license key delivered after payment. Keys are for your own use; sharing or reselling keys is prohibited. We may revoke keys obtained fraudulently or used in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Our services
- Free scan: a free check of how search engines and AI search tools can read a website's public pages. No account or payment is needed.
- VoltFound Pro (US$29 per month): Unlimited scans of any website (normal business use). For each website: your top 3 issues with the fix in full, set by the first scan of that website in each billing month. For one website of your choice: the weekly AI Answer Monitor. Up to 10 AI checks a day. Normal business use means scanning your own sites and your clients' sites at a normal working pace; automated bulk scanning is not allowed.
- VoltFound Pro + SEO Fix Pack (US$149 per month): every VoltFound Pro feature, plus monthly SEO fixes.
- VoltFound Pro + GEO (AI-visibility) Fix Pack (US$149 per month): every VoltFound Pro feature, plus monthly GEO fixes.
- VoltFound Pro + SEO/GEO/Social Fix Pack (US$249 per month): every VoltFound Pro feature, plus monthly SEO, GEO and Social fixes.
On WordPress and Wix, the Fix Pack plans apply fixes to your site through Auto-Fix, as described in the VoltFound Auto-Fix Terms. On platforms Auto-Fix cannot connect to, we offer Pro + SEO Fix Pack (paste-ready) (US$149 per month), Pro + GEO Fix Pack (paste-ready) (US$149 per month) and Pro + SEO/GEO/Social Fix Pack (paste-ready) (US$249 per month): each month we email you a fix pack and you make the changes yourself; nothing is applied for you.
All plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. If you subscribe through the Shopify App Store, Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice, and you cancel or change your plan in your Shopify admin. Our Terms of Service and Refund Policy still apply.
4a. Introductory offer
Black Friday offer: first month free (Fix Pack plans). For orders placed by November 27, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET, your first month on any Fix Pack plan is free. You add a card when you start. On your first charge date, 30 days after you start, your card is charged the plan price (US$149 or US$249 per month, plus any applicable tax), and your plan then renews every month until you cancel. We show you this date before you start and email you a reminder at least 7 days before it. If you cancel before your first charge date, you pay nothing. During the free month, fixes work as described in Sections 15 and 15A of the Auto-Fix Terms: they are shown on your pages without being saved to your site, and if your free month ends without payment, they stop showing and your pages show their original values. One free month per website and per card.
Change note: from October 22, 2026, VoltFound Pro shows the 3 findings that lower your score the most per website and billing period in full, and counts the other issues by severity. Pro subscriptions that started before October 22, 2026 keep the previous scope while they run. Fix Pack plans show every issue.
4b. AI Answer Monitor
AI Answer Monitor. The monitor shows what third-party AI models answered to sample questions in a given week. Answers vary and are not a ranking. Business names shown come from the AI's answer; we do not check or endorse them, and we do not guarantee that any AI will mention or recommend your business.
5. Fees, billing and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD via Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices may change prospectively; changes never apply retroactively to a completed purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout. You may withdraw from a purchase as described in the Refund Policy. If we increase the Pro price, we will tell you by email at least 10 days and no more than 30 days before the change. If you are charged the new price and cancel within 14 days of that charge, we will refund the unused part of that period.
6. Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6a. Sanctions and Export Controls
You may not use or purchase the services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are listed on, or owned or controlled by a person listed on, any U.S. government restricted-party list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List. You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and sanctions laws. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access at any time to comply with these laws, and any refund will be made only to the extent permitted by law.
7. Your content and authority
You warrant that you have the right to submit any URL you scan and, for Auto-Fix, the authority to modify the target site. Generated texts (alt texts, meta descriptions, FAQ content) are delivered for your use on your own site; you are responsible for reviewing them before or after application.
7a. Auto-Fix
Auto-Fix applies the fixes included in your package to a WordPress site through the VoltFound plugin, and is governed by the VoltFound Auto-Fix Terms. We do not ask for, receive or store your website passwords or application passwords. Credentials stored under our earlier connection method have been deleted.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your lack of authority over a site you submitted to scanning or Auto-Fix.
11. Term and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel Pro at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Sections 7 through 13 survive termination. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee or penalty. If you cancel before your renewal date, you won't be charged again. If you cancel after a renewal payment, that payment is not refunded, except as our Refund Policy says or where the law requires, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We version these documents (see the stamp at the top and bottom of this page). Material changes apply prospectively; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The consent you give at checkout records the exact version you accepted.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by email within thirty (30) days. Exclusive venue for any action is the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.

If there is any conflict between this English version and a translation, the English version controls, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes in version 2.10: Section 4a now refers to Sections 15 and 15A of the Auto-Fix Terms for the free month.
Changes in version 2.9: the Black Friday Fix once offer (Section 4c) ended on November 4, 2026 and has been removed. The Black Friday first month free on Fix Pack plans (Section 4a) continues until November 27, 2026.
Changes in version 2.8: Section 4 updates the VoltFound Pro line. Sections 4a and 4c add the Black Friday 2026 offers (first month free on Fix Pack plans, and Fix once) for orders placed by November 27, 2026.
