How do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT?

There is no switch that puts a business into ChatGPT's answers. What you can control is whether AI systems can reach and understand your site: let the AI crawlers in (robots.txt), keep your pages indexable, state clearly who you are, what you do and where (titles, descriptions, structured data), and keep that information consistent across the web. How do I rank on ChatGPT?
